System Analyst Team Lead – Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, or related role in IT application delivery.
- Experience in leading or coordinating a System Analyst team, including requirement analysis, solution design, impact analysis, task assignment, review of deliverables, and support for project delivery.
- Strong experience in Partner & Sales such as Sales Order, Sales Tracking, Commission, Incentive, Inventory Visibility or related business applications.
- Experience in telecom business CRM, Backend Application, Supply Chain Integration, API Integration, Batch Processing, Reporting, or Dashboard would be highly preferred.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, system requirements, interface requirements, data flow, and end-to-end process design.
- Strong capability in impact analysis, gap analysis, issue analysis, production support, and coordination with development, QA, business users, and operation teams.
- Ability to review solution design, validate requirement completeness, identify risks, and ensure alignment with business process and system architecture.
- Ability to oversee and improve the quality of team deliverables, including requirement documents, functional specifications, impact analysis, solution design documents, interface specifications, test support documents, and production support analysis.
- Ability to coach team members, review work quality, identify knowledge gaps, and provide guidance to improve the team's analytical capability and delivery standard.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies, including AI, automation, modern application architecture, API-driven integration, and data-driven delivery practices.
- Good command of English communication, both written and verbal, would be preferred.
