System Engineer (Aviation Systems / Airport IT Implementation)

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, and maintain IT systems for airports and the aviation industry.
• Analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager during the installation, testing, and deployment (go-live) of the systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide system support during and after project handover.
• Prepare technical documentation, including System Architecture, Configuration, Test Reports, Operation Manuals, and Acceptance Documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and other related teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 25 years of experience in System Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or Application Support.
• Solid foundation in Network, Server, Database, OS (Windows/Linux), or System Integration.
• Basic knowledge or experience with airport/airline systems such as FIDS, AODB, DCS, BHS, CUTE/CUPPS, Airport IT Systems (or related systems).
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and perform on-site duties.
• Prior experience working in airports or on aviation projects will be a strong advantage.
• Good command of Thai and English, including the ability to read technical documents and communicate technical information effectively.
