This is a full-time on-site role for a System Engineer / System Administrator located in the Saraphi district, Chiang Mai province.
Job Descriptions:
- Design and propose end-to-end IT solutions, including preparing detailed equipment and bill of materials (BOM).
- Prepare technical documents and present IT solutions to B2B clients, including private companies, organizations, and government agencies, in a presales capacity.
- Collaborate with internal teams on IT projects and perform system implementation, including installation and configuration of IT infrastructure such as servers, storage, networking, and related systems.
- Prepare technical documentation and project reports summarizing implementation work and deliverables for clients.
- Conduct IT system training and knowledge transfer sessions related to completed projects.
- Provide technical advice, consultation, and post-implementation support to clients.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT, ICT, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure systems. or hold the position of System Engineering/Administrative.
- Have knowledge and understanding of On-Premise IT Infrastructure system, both Physical and Virtualize System. (VMware, Hyper-V or others)
- Have knowledge and understanding of basic network systems TCP/IP, Switching, VLAN, IT Standard Protocol.
- Able to design systems/make solutions for IT Infrastructure systems (Server, Storage, Operating System, Network) to meet the needs of clients.
- Able to present IT Solutions that have been designed to meet the needs of clients.
- Experience in installing, using, and maintaining Windows Servers operating systems used for Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/File-Share System, Backup and DR systems.
- Experience in installing, using, and maintaining software used to create security protection systems and Mail Server / File Server system for the IT systems of organizations/companies.
- Able to work as a team and overtime. (sometimes)
- Able to drive a car. and have a driver's license.
- Experienced in using the system Infrastructure On-Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure, Huawei Cloud or other Cloud Platform will be advantaged.
- Fluent in Thai and able to communicate in English.
- Certifications in Microsoft/Cisco/AWS/GCP/Azure Cloud fields are an advantage.
