Scope
- As an EDI Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless exchange of business-critical data between our organization and customers.
- You'll troubleshoot EDI transactions, perform SQL-based data analysis, resolve production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep business operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Monitor and support daily EDI production operations.
- Investigate and resolve EDI transaction failures within SLA.
- Perform SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis.
- Monitor application alerts and production queues.
- Collaborate with development teams for root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding incidents and resolutions.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support role and related technologies.
- Ready to work on 24/7 shift (rotational shift)
- Resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Minimize recurring production issues through effective root cause analysis.
- Deliver accurate SQL analysis and data validation.
- Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain high-quality documentation.
