Take responsibility for the implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of IT systems.
Collaborate in the planning, installation, and rigorous testing of new systems to ensure implementation occurs within designated timelines.
Perform preventive maintenance by inventorying systems and equipment, conducting scheduled inspections, and reporting system statuses to ensure continuous operation (95%+ availability).
Perform corrective maintenance by receiving user incident reports and resolving system issues within the defined SLA (responding to requests within 1 hour).
Document technical issues and their solutions, and proactively identify measures to prevent recurring problems.
Handle multiple system operations simultaneously and troubleshoot time-sensitive technical issues effectively under pressure.
Communicate regularly with internal staff to receive issue reports, gather new system development requirements, and provide system updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 1-5 years of experience as a System Engineer, IT Support or similar role.
Solid technical knowledge of the IT systems being supported, coupled with a strong understanding of IT service delivery.
Familiarity with government regulations related to system management and compliance.
