System Engineer with 1-3 years of relevant experience to support thedeployment, testing, commissioning, and operation of smart infrastructuresystems. Candidates with exposure to smart lighting, smart metering, orIoT-based systems will be highly preferred.
The role involves both office-based and site-based work, includingsystem onboarding, troubleshooting, and ad-hoc support for critical operationalissues.
KeyResponsibilities:
. Support testing and commissioning of smartsystems (e.g. smart lighting, smart metering, or similar IoT solutions).
. Assist with onboarding of field devices tobackend platforms during installation and deployment.
. Perform system validation and functionaltesting to ensure proper connectivity and performance.
. Troubleshoot and resolve site issues such as:
o Device connectivity failures
o Communication (comms) failures
o Backend platform integration issues
. Provide ad-hoc troubleshooting support whenissues arise, especially for critical systems.
. Work closely with vendors, installers, andinternal teams during deployment and issue resolution.
. Document test results, issues encountered, andcorrective actions taken.
