Review and analyze internal requirements, customer requirements, and product specifications.
Take charge of robust design and validation processes in line with economical targets.
Perform activities in compliance with the Discipline Development Plan of the assigned PG/PL (Product Group / Product Line).
Design, integrate, and validate system blocks and products (covering all or part of the scope).
System Design, Simulation & Testing
Support discipline design simulations, coding, and validation while complying with Discipline processes and Design Rules.
Support discipline design calculations, including worst-case and statistical analysis, as well as thermal studies.
Support and conduct discipline-specific tests and experiments.
Standardization & Collaboration
Support technical architecture and standards assignments.
Strictly follow and apply standardization rules.
Support and actively participate in design reviews, both internally and with external suppliers.
Project Management & Reporting
Regularly report the progress of assigned tasks to management.
Proactively identify and escalate any project or technical risks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or higher in Electronic / Electrical engineering or related fields.
Experience: 0 - 3 years in the Automotive industry (New graduates are welcome).
Technical Skills: * Basic understanding.
Familiarity with engineering calculations, have experience in Codebeamer or related tools depending on the project scope.
Ability to understand and analyze technical specifications and requirements.
CAD Skills: Basic knowledge in 2D/3D CATIA, AutoCAD, SolidWorks or NX
Language:
Good English communication. Must be able to read engineering specifications, write reports, and communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
The Japanese will be at an advantage.
