System & Network Administrator

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure systems including servers, storage, networks, firewalls, cloud, and virtualization platforms.

- Install, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks to ensure system availability and reliability.

- Administer file servers, backup systems, and IT security systems.

- Maintains Unified Communications, VoIP, and any related equipment, services, and platforms

- Manage and maintain Server ESXi/Server Nutanix/Server Hyper-V

- Manage and maintain Veeam Backup

- Manage and maintain AD/GPO/MS365/Azure AD Connect (AD Sync MS365)

- Manage and maintain AP Controller Aruba

- Coordinate with IT Support teams and external vendors to resolve issues and enhance infrastructure efficiency.

- Plan and perform preventive maintenance for IT infrastructure.

- Support IT transformation and digitalization projects within the organization.

- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and infrastructure status reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

- 35 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Network Administration (depending on Officer/Senior level).

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.

- Solid understanding of firewall, switch, router, load balancer, and network security concepts.

- Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, Azure/AWS Certification are an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving and technical analytical skills with good teamwork and communication abilities.
