As a Application Support at Cartrack Technologies, your main role is to monitor, analyst issue and ensure the proper functioning of IoT devices installed in customer vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure all installed devices are working correctly and transmitting data as expected
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GPS, Censor and other devices system connectivity
- Support Customer Service by answering advanced technical inquiries
- Coordinate with technical and technician teams when support is required
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments or higher support levels
- Maintain records of issues and solutions for future reference
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, ICT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- New graduates are welcome, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Technical Support or Technical Operations Support *training and guidance will be provided
- Basic understanding of wireless systems, IoT systems, or networking concepts is an advantage
- Analytical skills to review device data, system dashboards, and support tickets
- Strong problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
- Good communication skills in Thai; English is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
- Available to stand by to support field teams during holidays (Sat or Sun). Stand by date will be inform and plan in advance.
