Valuedesign Thailand is a fintech and prepaid solution provider specializing in Closed-Loop Prepaid Systems, E-Gift Solutions (ValueGift), CRM & Loyalty Platforms, and Cross-Border Payment Integration. We support leading merchants, financial institutions, and regional partners across Thailand and Asia.
We are looking for a proactive and tech-driven System Planning & Support Executive to support system implementation, product improvement, and client technical coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Planning & Product Understanding
- Learn and understand company products including:
- Closed-loop prepaid system
- Membership & loyalty platforms
- CRM systems
- E-gift and digital voucher systems
- Support system design and implementation planning for new projects
- Provide technical feedback to improve products and services
2. Project Coordination & Client Support
- Join client meetings, system demonstrations, and training sessions together with the Sales/BD Team
- Gather technical requirements and coordinate with internal IT/Development teams
- Ensure project timelines are met, and deliverables align with agreed scope
- Support migration projects and system enhancements
3. System Testing & Quality Control
- Conduct system testing (UAT support) before and after implementation
- Identify issues and coordinate solutions with developers
- Prepare procedural documentation, reports, and system manuals
4. Technical & Operational Support
- Support minor technical issues related to company systems
- Monitor system performance and propose improvement initiatives
- Assist in infrastructure or feature rollout coordination
5. Market & Product Development Support
- Monitor competitor activities (pricing, product features, new releases)
- Proactively suggest new technology or improvements (Web App, integrations, automation)
- Communicate with clients and partners together with the Sales and Business Development teams to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate solutions that meet their requirements while driving company revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, Engineering, or related fields
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Energetic with strong ownership attitude
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Table), PowerPoint
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of system flow, APIs, or digital platforms is a plus
