Role Overview:
OurTrading Platform Administratorplay a crucial role in supportingBlackBull'scommitment to its business users and clients. Ensuring system uptime and reliability is of the highest priority. By monitoring client trading platforms andmaintainingour end-to-end trading infrastructure, the team provides oversight of the company's mission-critical systems.
As part of this team, you willbe responsible forthe monitoring, configuration, and maintenance of our order management systems, along with internal trading infrastructure such as aggregation and liquidity management systems. This role requires a solid understanding of thedifferent typesof trading systems offered to clients, a strong grasp ofBlackBull'sbusiness model, and proven skills in managing trading infrastructure securely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Trading Platform Administration
- Administer, configure, and maintainMetaTrader4 (MT4),MetaTrader5 (MT5), andcTraderplatform environments.
- Manage deployment, scaling, and high-availability architectures in multiple global locations using public cloud.
- Oversee server roles, access management, liquidity/bridge connections, plugins, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensureoptimaltrading platform performance and uptime.
Infrastructure & Cloud Operations
- Manage andmaintainsystems acrossAzureandAWScloud environments.
- AdministerMicrosoft Entra ID,Defender security, and associated compliance configurations.
- Participate in architecture planning and continuous improvement of global deployment strategies.
Systems Engineering & Automation
- Maintain and tuneMySQLandPostgreSQLdatabases supporting trading platforms and internal systems.
- Leverage monitoring tools likeZabbixand other observability solutions to detect,analyze, and resolve issues proactively.
- Develop automation, scripts, and tooling usingPowerShelland/orPythonto streamline operations.
- Troubleshoot performance, latency, and integration issues across the trading technology stack.
Trading Connectivity & Protocols
- Configure, support, and troubleshootconnections.
- Work closely with liquidity providers, bridges, and internal stakeholders to support trade flow stability.
General Systems Administration
- Maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
- Oversee system patching, backup strategies, security hardening, and incident response processes.
- Provide technical support across teamsregardinginfrastructure and trading-related queries.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Handson experience managingMT4,MT5, orcTraderplatforms.
- Strong knowledge ofpublic cloud platforms(Azure and/or AWS).
- Experience withMicrosoft Entra,Defender, and modern identity/security frameworks.
- ProficiencywithMySQLandPostgreSQLdatabases.
- Solid understanding of trading connectivity and experience in the trading industry.
- Experience with monitoring systems such asZabbix.
- Scripting ability withPowerShell,Python, or similar.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional after-hours for maintenance or incident response.
- Good documentation skills and record keeping (diagrams, ticket updates)

- Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices in fintech environments.
