Job Description

About the role:

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Assistant will support the end-to-end recruitment process during a period of peak hiring demand. This role is primarily focused on high-volume retail recruitment delivery, while also providing support on mid-level roles where required. The position will play a key role in ensuring efficient hiring execution, strong pipeline readiness, and a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.

What impact you can create at CHANEL :

  • Proactively source candidates (with focus on high-volume retail hiring) as well as build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support upcoming hiring

  • Conduct candidate screening such as interview and evaluation to provide shortlist recommendations to the hiring teams

  • Coordinate and administer candidate assessments (e.g., scheduling, instructions, follow-ups)

  • Drive end-to-end selection process such as interview scheduling, follow-ups, and recruitment status tracking while ensuring high quality of stakeholder & candidate experience with timely communication and update throughout the process

  • Support offer and post-offer activities such as contract preparation and pre-onboarding arrangements (onboarding logistics & communication, follow up on pre-onboarding tasks) to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the systems, recruitment pipeline tracking and support reporting needs

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and process governance & compliance

What you will bring :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in recruitment / talent acquisition area, ideally with volume hiring exposure, retail environment and multinational work context

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong sense of urgency and ability to navigate through ambiguity

  • Proactive and hands-on in managing end-to-end recruitment operations, with high level of role ownership.

  • Solid sourcing capability and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, detail-oriented.

  • Data-savvy, experience with ATS software or Workday will be a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, able to engage both candidates and stakeholders with fluency in Thai and English

  • Comfortable handling administrative and coordination tasks, including interview scheduling, assessment administration, and post-offer activities

  • Able to start with an 8-month contract first.
