Talent Acquisition Associate

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle recruitment process, from requisition intake, job posting, and candidate screening to interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding handover.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, align on role expectations, and provide regular recruitment status reports.
• Identify and optimize sourcing channels (Jobthai, JobsDB, Facebook groups/ads, and emerging platforms) to attract qualified talents, specifically for Sales Advisor and Warehouse positions.
• Track key hiring metrics (Time-to-Hire, Channel Effectiveness, Offer Acceptance Rate) to evaluate and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
• Conduct HR-round interviews to assess cultural fit, soft skills, and core competencies, ensuring standard quality control and consistent candidate experience across all hiring teams.
• Maintain an active talent pool/pipeline for high-turnover and critical roles to minimize time-to-fill and support unexpected business expansion.
• Connect with universities, vocational colleges, and educational institutions to establish MOUs, sponsor career fairs, and build early-career talent pipelines for future business needs.
• Explore current labor market trends, salary benchmarks, benefit expectations, and candidate preferences to advise management on competitive compensation packages.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or related roles or new graduated are also welcome
• Experience supporting frontline employees (retail, operations, or warehouse) is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
• Ability to communication in English
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment with can-do attitude
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities
