Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support (End-to-End)

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and onboarding logistics.
  • Help maintain recruitment trackers and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth process.
  • Prepare recruitment summary reports and candidate pipelines.

2. Employer Branding (Content, EVP)

  • Co-create recruitment and employer branding content for LinkedIn, career pages, internal newsletters, and events.
  • Support EVP campaign execution, including interviews, photoshoots, and storytelling initiatives.
  • Help manage and refresh branding assets and communication templates (Canva, decks, etc.).

3. Engagement & Internal Communication

  • Assist in organizing engagement activities such as onboarding sessions, team challenges, photo campaigns, and open house events.
  • Draft internal communications, including employee spotlights, recognition shoutouts, and core value campaigns.
  • Support feedback collection and reporting for engagement initiatives.

Who Were Looking For

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Communication, Marketing, Psychology, Business or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Comfortable using tools like Excel, Canva, and social media platforms.
  • Interest in people, storytelling, and creating impact through communication.

  • Involvement in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives.
