As part of our partner's business transformation journey, now they're establishing a new Talent Partner role to redefine how talent acquisition supports organizational growth and business success.
The Talent Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, moving beyond traditional recruitment to build a proactive talent strategy aligned with business objectives.
This role will drive talent attraction, strengthen employer brand, enhance candidate experience, and position the company as an employer of choice in a competitive market.
The ideal candidate combines strong recruiting expertise with business acumen, stakeholder management, market intelligence, and employer branding capabilities.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Partner with business leaders to understand business strategies, organizational priorities, and workforce requirements, translating them into workforce plans and talent acquisition strategies that support business growth and transformation.
- Lead workforce planning activities, including talent forecasting, organizational capability assessment, succession pipeline considerations, and identification of future talent gaps. Manage end-to-end recruitment and build proactive talent pipelines to ensure a sustainable talent supply for current and future business needs.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor by providing talent market intelligence, workforce insights, and strategic hiring recommendations to support effective business decisions.
- Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives that strengthen the company's reputation, increase brand awareness, and position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance candidate experience, expand talent networks, and continuously improve recruitment effectiveness, efficiency, and hiring quality.
- Monitor and analyze workforce, recruitment, and employer branding metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or HR Business Partnering, with experience in workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment, supporting both operational and corporate functions.
- Strong understanding of blue-collar and white-collar workforce management, including talent attraction strategies, labor market dynamics, workforce planning, and hiring challenges across different employee groups.
- Experience partnering with business leaders to develop workforce plans, talent strategies, and organizational capability requirements.
- Demonstrated success in building employer branding programs and enhancing organizational reputation in competitive talent markets.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent market intelligence, and workforce analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and consulting skills.
- Experience supporting organizational transformation, business growth, or change initiatives is highly preferred.
- Native-level Thai language proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
