Job Description

We are looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager to lead end to end recruitment and build a strong employer brand across our group of companies. You will drive hiring for both Mass and Tech positions, partner with business leaders, and make sure our candidate experience reflects who we are as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Own full cycle recruitment across multiple business units, from workforce planning, sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding
  • Lead hiring for high volume frontline and Mass roles, as well as specialized Technology positions
  • Partner with line managers and HRBPs to understand business needs and translate them into effective hiring plans
  • Design and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, agencies and talent pools
  • Build and manage TA dashboards, track key metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, source effectiveness, quality of hire) and provide insights to management
  • Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process
  • Coach and upskill TA team members on interview techniques, assessment methods and stakeholder management

Employer Branding

  • Define and drive group wide Employer Branding strategy and annual plan
  • Clarify and communicate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across online and offline channels
  • Manage content for careers website, social media and job advertisements related to people and culture
  • Plan and execute branding activities such as career fairs, campus events, open house days and internal ambassador programs
  • Work closely with Internal Communications and Marketing to ensure brand consistency

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven experience in both Mass and Tech hiring
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior or lead role managing stakeholders or a small team
  • Hands on experience in Employer Branding or Recruitment Marketing is required
  • Data driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and ATS or HRIS systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, with a high sense of ownership and attention to detail
  • Good command of Thai and English
