Job Description

Responsibility

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop recruitment strategies that align with the organizations vision and goals.
  • Analyze and monitor labor market trends, including competitor insights, to continuously improve recruitment methods.

Team Management

  • Oversee and develop the recruitment team to ensure they possess modern skills and capabilities.
  • Provide guidance and support to encourage knowledge and experience sharing within the team.

Candidate Recruitment

  • Utilize modern technologies and tools for candidate recruitment, such as ATS, LinkedIn, and various job boards.
  • Manage the interview process, including the development of effective assessment tools.

Employer Branding

  • Develop and implement activities to strengthen the organizations image as an attractive employer.
  • Support the creation of content to promote job opportunities and the organizational culture.

Analysis and Policy Development

  • Collect and analyze workforce data to provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with all HR functions, such as Benefits, Training, Payroll, and Performance, to establish strong recruitment standards.

Qualification

  • At least a bachelor&aposs degree in a related field, such as Human Resource.
  • Work experience in recruitment or human resource management for at least 3-5 years.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
