Job Responsibilities

• Source and reach out to candidates for roles within the healthcare industry
• Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct first-round phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Guide new hires through onboarding and contract signing
• Support the team in keeping operations smooth and responsive
