Talent Acquisition Intern

Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment Join Pepper Content as a Talent Acquisition Intern and gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while working closely with our Talent Acquisition team.

What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles
• Reach out to prospective candidates and introduce them to career opportunities at Pepper Content
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Assist recruiters throughout the hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Support employee engagement initiatives and activities for new and existing team members

What We're Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
• Ability to perform effectively under deadlines and changing priorities
• Willingness to take ownership and contribute beyond assigned responsibilities
