Job Description

Key responsibilities :

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other digital channels.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
  • Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, recruitment campaigns, and social media content creation.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening for internship and entry-level positions.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team on ongoing projects.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment analytics and reporting to track key hiring metrics.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

  • Passionate about talent acquisition, recruitment, and people-focused work.

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
