Key responsibilities :
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, recruitment campaigns, and social media content creation.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening for internship and entry-level positions.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team on ongoing projects.
- Assist in preparing recruitment analytics and reporting to track key hiring metrics.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Passionate about talent acquisition, recruitment, and people-focused work.
