Talent Acquisition Partner - Top Prop Trading firm- Remote

We are partnered with a leading prop trading firm (70 headcount, $1 billion AUM) looking to expand into the hedge fund business and therefore looking to onboard a talent acquisition partner to work with C suite members to help grow out this business. In this role, you will have significant influence over who joins the team and how they compete for talent in a rapidly evolving industry

Responsibilit

• y Lead end-to-end hiring across trading, research, engineering, and support team
• s.Develop role briefs and sourcing strategies using both traditional finance networks and crypto-native communitie
• s.Source, engage, and assess top talent through direct outreach, referrals, and non-traditional channel
• s.Enhance interview processes to evaluate technical skills and cultural fi
• t.Partner with leadership on hiring plans, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarkin
• g.Manage external recruitment partners, platforms, and tool
• s.Track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring performance and processe

s.Requiremen

• ts6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, or crypto trading businesse
• s.Proven success hiring traders, researchers, and portfolio managers; crypto market exposure preferre
• d.Experience recruiting technical talent is advantageous but not essentia
• l.Strong knowledge of trading and research talent markets, including compensation and competitive dynamic
• s.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skill
