Role Summary
We are looking for a strong
Talent Acquisition Lead – Technology Hiring who can help LETITBEX AI build a high-quality, scalable, and business-aligned recruitment engine.
This role goes beyond sourcing resumes. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, build strong stakeholder relationships, identify upcoming hiring needs, influence hiring decisions, create strong talent pipelines, improve offer conversion, and ensure timely joining of quality candidates.
The person should act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, delivery leaders, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technology, product, delivery, and niche skill hiring.
- Work closely with hiring managers, delivery leaders, and business stakeholders to understand current and upcoming talent needs.
- Build strong pipelines for AI/ML, Data Engineering, Full Stack, QA Automation, SDET, ERP, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Cloud, DevOps, and enterprise application roles.
- Proactively identify future hiring demand by engaging with stakeholders and understanding project ramp-up plans, skill gaps, and business priorities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, communities, vendors, internal database, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct first-level screening for technical relevance, communication, salary fit, notice period, stability, and joining probability.
- Share quality shortlists instead of volume-based profile submissions.
- Influence stakeholders with market insights, candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring feasibility.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure fast feedback closure from hiring teams.
- Drive offer follow-up, candidate engagement, and joining assurance.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in Keka/ATS and hiring trackers.
- Build talent pools for immediate, 15-day, 30-day, and future hiring needs.
- Manage recruitment vendors and evaluate them based on quality submissions, interview conversions, offer conversions, and joinings.
- Support referral campaigns, walk-ins, hiring drives, and talent community-building initiatives.
- Track offer drops, candidate drop-offs, and hiring bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in IT / technology recruitment.
- Strong experience in niche and lateral technology hiring.
- Good understanding of IT services, product engineering, AI, QA, ERP, Cloud, Data, DevOps, and enterprise application roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, referrals, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms.
- Strong stakeholder relationship and business partnering skills.
- Ability to influence hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up discipline.
- Ability to understand project requirements, hiring urgency, skill gaps, and resource planning needs.
- Strong communication skills and consultative hiring approach.
- Ability to work with speed, ownership, maturity, and accountability.
Good to Have
- Experience hiring for AI/ML, Data Engineering, QA Automation, SDET, Playwright, Selenium, SAP, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, AWS, Azure, DevOps, and Full Stack roles.
- Experience supporting GCC, UAE, Saudi, UK, or US hiring.
- Experience in IT services, consulting, product companies, GCCs, or staffing environments.
- Exposure to contract staffing, leadership hiring, and project-based ramp-up hiring.
