Manager – Talent Acquisition | Café Frontline Hiring

Function: Talent Acquisition – Café Business

Experience: 6–10 years

Role Purpose

Lead PAN-India bulk frontline hiring for the Café business and coordinate with the regional TA teams to ensure timely closure of manpower requirements across locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume/bulk frontline hiring for Café operations across India.
• Coordinate and drive the PAN-India TA team to achieve hiring targets and manpower requirements.
• Own hiring TAT, vacancies, ageing, offer-to-join ratio and joining closures.
• Build and manage multiple sourcing channels including referrals, job portals, local sourcing, walk-ins, job fairs and recruitment agencies.
• Partner with Regional HR and Operations teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Drive recruitment campaigns and mass hiring initiatives across cities and locations.
• Track hiring performance through regular MIS and dashboards and take corrective actions where required.
• Guide and coach the TA team on sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate conversion.
• Identify regional hiring challenges and implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve volume, speed and joining conversion.

Mandatory Requirements

• 6–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong hands-on experience in bulk/high-volume hiring.
• Proven experience in frontline/blue-collar hiring at scale, preferably across multiple locations.
• Experience managing or coordinating a PAN-India/multi-location TA team.
• Strong understanding of frontline sourcing channels and local talent markets.
• Experience managing recruitment targets, TAT and hiring MIS.
• Strong stakeholder and team management skills.
• Candidates from F&B, QSR, Retail, Hospitality, FMCG or similar high-volume hiring environments will be preferred.
