Job Description

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process and partnering with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role develops and executes effective recruitment strategies, delivers an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, and builds strong talent pipelines to support both current and future business needs.

The role also leverages recruitment data and market insights to optimize hiring effectiveness, improve recruitment processes, and support data-driven talent acquisition decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a partner with business leadership by developing, driving, and executing strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market.
  • Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs, selection criteria, and job requirements for vacant positions.
  • Identify, attract, and source potential candidates through offline and online channels, when required.
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including jobs advertisement, pre-screening, online/on-site interviews, reference checks, offers, the facilitation of the on-boarding process, and proactively building Benchmark's talent pipeline.
  • Analyze recruitment data and key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, funnel conversion, offer acceptance rate, and hiring manager satisfaction) to generate insights and support data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Promote the company's recruitment brand through active participation in the most relevant career events, and other networking events.
  • Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement that help improve the recruiting strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organization
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (good written and verbal communication).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and team
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
