My client is a leader in the design, build, and operation of state-of-the-art data centers. They provide critical infrastructure that powers the cloud, AI, and digital economy. As they scale their footprint across globally, they are looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to build the teams that keep the world connected.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of recruiters and coordinators, fostering a high-performance culture focused on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's rapid expansion and construction milestones.
- Establish and track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire) to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with Finance and leadership on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and budget management for recruitment channels.
Full-Cycle Recruitment (High-Volume & Niche)
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for critical roles, including:
- Data Center Operations: Critical Facility Engineers (CFEs), Facility Managers, Electrical/Mechanical Engineers, Security Specialists.
- Construction & Real Estate: Project Managers, Construction Managers, MEP Superintendors, Site Selection.
- Technical & Corporate: Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, Sales, and Operations leadership.
- Personally engage in executive-level searches and complex technical hiring where needed.
Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to tap into passive talent pools, including military/veteran programs (for facility ops) and niche technical communities.
- Enhance the employer value proposition (EVP) to position [Company Name] as an employer of choice in the data center industry.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, RPOs, and staffing vendors to ensure scalability during peak construction phases.
Candidate Experience & Compliance
- Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience that reflects the company's commitment to excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- Industry Experience: Proven experience recruiting for Data Centers, Critical Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering, or Industrial Manufacturing is highly preferred.
