The Role

Were hiring a Human Resources Manager to own end-to-end HRTalent Acquisition, Employee Care/Experience, C&B, Performance/PMS, Engagement, and HR Operations/Complianceso our teams can do their best work and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Build hiring plans, manage pipelines, run full-cycle recruitment, and improve time-to-hire/quality-of-hire.

Employee Care & Experience (for current employees):

  • Run onboarding probation retention touchpoints; coach managers on feedback and check-ins.
  • Operate an HR service desk with clear SLAs (leave, claims, letters, policy questions).
  • Lead recognition & appreciation (milestones, shout-outs, peer kudos) and an annual engagement calendar.
  • Conduct stay/exit interviews, track retention risks, and action improvements.
  • Handle employee relations and a fair grievance/disciplinary process; safeguard psychological safety.

Benefits & Wellbeing:

  • Design and review benefits (medical, leave, flexible perks) and manage vendors/brokers.
  • Coordinate SSO, provident fund, and Employee Welfare Fund (EWF, if applicable); ensure accurate, timely admin.
  • Launch wellbeing initiatives (EAP/mental health support, wellness days, ergonomic tips) and track uptake.

Learning, Growth & Culture:

  • Roll out PMS/OKRs, calibration, IDPs, capability frameworks, and manager training.
  • Promote DEI, hybrid-work norms, and strong internal communications.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain HR docs, policies, payroll coordination, tax, audits; ensure Thai labor law compliance.
  • HR Systems & Analytics: Enhance HRIS/ATS (e.g., Odoo); build dashboards and monthly people reports for leadership.

Qualifications

  • 57+ years in HR (Generalist/HRBP/TA) with a track record in employee care/ER and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law (probation, notice, termination, severance) and modern HR practices.
  • Hands-on with PMS/OKRs, change communication, and HRIS/ATS; data-comfortable.
  • Excellent communication in Thai & English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Builder/owner mindset; able to juggle multiple projects and ship improvements quickly.
