Job Description:

1. Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Drive proactive recruitment for key and critical positions within the automotive industry.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for both Thai and expatriate employees, including compliance with local labor laws and visa/work permit processes.

2. System and Tools Development

  • Design and enhance recruitment assessment tools to ensure selection of candidates who meet the organization's Competency, Culture, and Personality criteria.
  • Apply behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques aligned with business needs.

3. Recruitment Channels and Employer Branding

  • Build strong relationships with universities, professional networks, and industry associations to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Promote the company's Employer Brand through both online and offline communication strategies.

4. Digital Transformation in Recruitment

  • Implement digital platforms and new technologies to streamline recruitment, selection, and offer processes.
  • Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

5. HR Business Partner and Onboarding

  • Design and manage an Onboarding Program that ensures smooth integration of new hires before and during the probation period.
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and long-term objectives.
  • Assist in designing and implementing people initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Facilitate meetings, gather feedback, and support practical action plans for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 810 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HRBP is preferably.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, digital platforms, and employer branding strategies.
  • Knowledge of Thai labor laws and global employment practices preferred.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical ability, and capability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of competency-based selection, culture fit, and personality assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to influence business leaders and hiring managers.
  • Good in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
