We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and drive recruitment across all our manufacturing sites while managing and developing a high-performing recruitment team. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role where you will partner with plant leaders and business heads to attract the best technical, operational, and corporate talent that keeps our production running and growing.

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across all manufacturing plants to support production and business goals.
- Manage, coach, and develop the recruitment team to deliver high-quality, timely hiring.
- Drive recruitment for senior, technical, operational, and corporate roles across all sites and subsidiary companies.
- Proactively source and directly approach qualified candidates using diverse and effective channels and tools.
- Partner closely with plant leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build talent pipelines.
- Conduct competency-based interviews, assessments, and selection activities.
- Manage and improve recruitment systems and processes to ensure efficiency and speed.
- Lead talent projects such as campus recruitment, job fairs, roadshows, employer branding, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environment.
- Proven experience leading or managing a recruitment team.
- Strong background in direct sourcing and complex hiring, especially for manager-level roles and above.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing, plant, and technical hiring needs.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience in project management.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, with executive presence and resilience.
- A strong team player who can also work independently.
- Proficient in Thai and English with excellent communication skills.
- Willing to be based at and travel across manufacturing plants as required.
