Job Description

Our TAs need to do more than find employees. They need to plan how to attract the best talent, fill positions in a tight timeframe, and understand where the organization is and where it is going so that candidates can understand and work well with their teams and the organization's culture.

1. Employer Branding Develop & execute branding strategy To develop content and campaigns that showcase the company as an employer of choice. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's culture and Employee Value Proposition.

2. HR Marketing Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and industry events to build the company's presence.

3. Recruitment Develop & execute strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.

4. Hiring Partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs and job requirements. Ensure all required documents, contracts, and forms are completed accurately and submitted on time. 5. Onboarding Prepare & manage onboarding schedules. Organize orientation sessions Welcome, and Integration: Feedback Collection

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.

Proven experience in a senior recruitment role, preferably within the retail industry.

Strong understanding of employer branding, talent attraction, and recruitment best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.

Proficiency in both English and Thai languages.
