Our TAs need to do more than find employees. They need to plan how to attract the best talent, fill positions in a tight timeframe, and understand where the organization is and where it is going so that candidates can understand and work well with their teams and the organization's culture.
Responsibility
- Employer Branding Develop & execute branding strategy To develop content and campaigns that showcase the company as an employer of choice. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's culture and Employee Value Proposition.
- HR Marketing Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and industry events to build the company's presence.
- Recruitment Develop & execute strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
- Hiring Partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs and job requirements. Ensure all required documents, contracts, and forms are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Onboarding Prepare & manage onboarding schedules. Organize orientation sessions Welcome, and Integration: Feedback Collection
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior recruitment role, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of employer branding, talent attraction, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in both English and Thai languages.
