Job Description
- Ensures in-full, on time recruitment for all vacant positions from appropriate internal or external searches.
- Ensure that all job post is in accordance to the Company brand standard.
- Working on the online job posting process, including the websites used and the quality of the posted advertisements, working through the Company's SmartRecruiters recruitment system for all the positions.
- Leverage online recruiting resources, including job boards, niches sites, and social networking sites to attractive, identify and recruit the right candidate.
- Effectively manages various job boards to attract talents from various markets.
- To organize interview schedules for shortlisted candidates with all concerns which include applicants and interviewers reflecting effectiveness and the best first impression and assist in preparing relevant documents.
- Handling correspondence for all applications such as regret letter, employment confirmation, and contract and employment reference.
- To implement all processes relating to the sourcing & recruitment of new team members, including job advertising, interviewing and reference checking.
- Working closely with line managers. Determine which recruitment channels to use, and recruit in full, against the Manpower Plan.
- To advise hiring managers about all matters relating to recruitment process and ensure company policy and procedure is strictly adhered to.
- Management the blacklist in a timely manner on the SmartRecruiters system.
- Completes the regular reports related to recruitment activities, maintains the talent database and able to strengthen the succession plans proactively.
- To assist in all activities concerning the planning and delivery of Talent Management activities.
- Set up and maintain effective talent pools.
- Keep the Organisation Structure of each department & Job Description of each position in the newest version.
- Making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Direct Supervisor/Manager
- Understand the job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Organized, self-disciplined, focused and driven.
- Experienced in Human Resource.
- Experienced in sourcing candidates and conducting interviews is a plus.
- At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or any related fields
