Job Description

Purpose of the role: To control and monitor the quality of documents and systems throughout the hiring and pre-onboarding process. By ensuring consistency in our standards and services, the role aims to significantly improve both candidate and employee experiences. Additionally, this role will act as TA auditor, ensuring that all new hire documents and data within systems are accurate and aligned with procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  2. Control recruitment systems and processes to ensure efficient hiring within appropriate time frames.
  3. Manage medical checkups, background checks, and criminal checks for new hires.
  4. Input and maintain accurate employee data and records in employee files.
  5. Track and document all candidate interactions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  6. Ensure all new hire documentation, including resumes and personal documents, etc. is up-to-date and complies with company procedures.
  7. Coordinate with HR, IT teams and related department to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience for new employees.
  8. Prepare recruitment reports, tracking hiring status, time-to-hire, and candidate quality.
  9. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion, supporting recruitment events and assisting with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in recruitment or HR.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
  6. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software is a plus.
  7. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
  9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
  10. Good in English skills
