Talent Acquisition Partner

About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in both store and corporate to drive the success of our company. The successful candidate will be working with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute effective sourcing and hiring plans.

Role Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment, from job description writing to successful candidate on-boarding
• Developing research strategies, and source active and passive candidates from recruiting channels, not limited to online databases, job boards, events, and employee referrals
• Advising hiring managers and staffing management on market trends and relevant candidates, participating in interviews process and delivery in time manner
• Building Employer Branding and initiatives includes: building high-quality content, events, programs to attract top tier candidates
• Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of end of end recruitment delivery
• 3+ years experience in the F&B industry is required
• Proficiency in English is required to communicate with stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and candidate data
