We are seeking a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. This role covers the full recruitment cycle and offers great exposure working with both local and international teams. You'll play a key role in attracting top talent and representing our employer brand at various career events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate university partnerships, career fairs, and other talent outreach activities.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare hiring reports.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Min 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken (able to work with expats).
- Detail-oriented, energetic, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- High maturity. And can work independently.
