About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our manufacturing operations in Samut Sakhon. This role will act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, driving end-to-end recruitment and ensuring we attract and hire the right talent to support business growth. You will work closely with hiring managers across production, engineering, quality, and supply chain functions to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding)
- Partner closely with plant leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, walk-in, and agencies
- Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with stakeholders
- Provide market insights (salary, talent availability, competitor movement) to support hiring decisions
- Ensure recruitment timelines and KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire) are met
- Support employer branding initiatives for manufacturing roles
- Maintain accurate tracking in ATS and ensure compliance with recruitment processes
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Proven ability to handle high-volume and technical hiring (e.g. production, engineering, technicians)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects
- Good command of English (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and ATS
- Flexible to work on-site at Samut Sakhon plant
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting factory or plant operations hiring
- Background in FMCG / food manufacturing is an advantage
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization
