Talent Acquisition Partner (Pharma)

Join a high performing and best-in-class Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Partner and help us drive end to end recruitment in the Pharmaceutical space in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, you'll get the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders and create and execute recruitment strategies together. You'll have a consultative style, and you are someone who enjoys working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.

You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on end-to-end recruiting, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods and provide great candidate experience. This is a Hybrid work arrangement.

What you'll do:

• Deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle. Preferred to have experience in the Pharma or FMCG space, recruiting for Commercial roles or related roles
• Managing multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights & mapping, trends, and competitor movements
• Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement
• Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools

You'll be someone who can bring:

• Excellent English and Thai communications skills
• Experience recruiting in more fast paced environments and delivering high volume of candidates
• Experience recruiting in an RPO or Internal set up
• Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches.
• Ability to drive own network and source candidate in an out of the box approach not limited to recruiting platforms
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
