Job Description

Location

Head Quarter, Bangkok (Ratchadamri) (Required to travel to factory sites in Chachoengsao or Samut Prakan during recruitment campaigns or as needed)

Job Purpose

To support BCC's business growth by delivering fast and effective mass recruitment for factory and operational roles. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who enjoys sourcing, calling, convincing candidates, and closing hires in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end mass recruitment for factory and operational positions
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, walk-in, and other channels
  • Conduct high-volume phone screening and pre-screen interviews
  • Convince and engage candidates by clearly explaining job roles, benefits, working conditions, and career opportunities
  • Coordinate interview schedules (individual or group interviews) with HR and hiring managers
  • Closely follow up with candidates to reduce no-show and improve hiring success rate
  • Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and on-site hiring activities
  • Maintain recruitment tracking reports and candidate databases
  • Work closely with BCC HR team to meet hiring targets and timelines

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Master degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Proven experience in mass recruitment or factory recruitment
  • Strong communication and convincing skills, especially via phone calls
  • Ability to conduct high-volume pre-screen interviews independently
  • Proactive sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and multiple recruitment channels
  • Able to manage multiple vacancies and work under pressure
  • Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
  • Experience working as outsourced recruiter / recruitment agency
  • Experience supporting recruitment campaigns, job fairs, or walk-in interviews
  • Good command of English communication (spoken and written)
  • Experience using ATS or recruitment tracking systems
