Job Title: Talent Acquisition & Sales Manager

Location: Hyderabad, India

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sales channels.
  • Conduct client meetings and understand hiring requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close staffing opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Recruitment & Delivery

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely delivery against client requirements.
  • Maintain candidate and client database

Account Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track open positions and recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful closures.

Required Skills

  • 5–10 years of experience in IT Recruitment and Staffing.
  • Proven experience in Business Development or Client Acquisition.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean Search, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Experience working on contract and permanent hiring.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently generate business and close positions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with domestic or international staffing clients.
  • Existing client network within the IT staffing industry.
  • Experience in handling key accounts and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
