We're partnering with a globally leading organization that is rapidly expanding its footprint across Southeast Asia. As part of this exciting growth journey, they are building a high-performing regional recruitment team and are looking for passionate Talent Acquisition professionals to join them.

This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment where you'll play a key role in shaping teams across emerging markets.

What you'll do:

As part of the global TA team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment and act as a true partner to the business:

• Drive full-cycle recruitment (intake → sourcing → interview → offer → onboarding)
• Manage high-volume hiring across multiple functions (junior to mid-level roles)
• Partner with hiring managers across SEA to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives

Who this role is perfect for:

• Early to mid-career experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with strong ownership, accountability, and confidence in handling stakeholders
• Experience recruiting for junior to mid-level roles across various functions, high-volume or project based is strong advantaged.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work with regional teams in a dynamic environment as well as fluent in Thai to communicate with local teams.
• Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset
