Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the endtoend recruitment lifecycle across assigned functions. This role partners with hiring managers to define needs, source talent, and manage candidate experience, and ensure an efficient hiring process aligned with company growth and workforce plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and acting like HR Business partner for all HR Recruitment activities.
  • Manage and co-ordinate the recruitment and selection process for replacement and new headcount requirements
  • Overseeing the full life cycle of the recruiting process
  • Prepare and update Recruitment report in relation to new hires and vacancies.
  • Sourcing & Recruitment: Proactively identify candidates via social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate skills and cultural fit.
  • Strategic Partnership: Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview questions, and hiring strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of passive talent for future openings.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent the company at career events and promote the employer brand.
  • Other works as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 2-4 years in endtoend recruitment (inhouse or agency); proven track record filling professional roles
  • Handson experience with an ATS system
  • Excellence English and Thai
  • Great personality, able to prioritize, and can handle lots of pressure
