Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination
Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines
Source candidates through job platforms, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Act as a communication bridge between Thai employees and Chinese-speaking stakeholders
Maintain recruitment data, candidate records, and HR systems
Support HR operations such as employee relations and administrative tasks when required
Ensure recruitment practices comply with Thai labor law and internal policies
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring analysis
