We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Specialist/Senior Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team in our PMT practice

YOUR TEAM.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring for our Audit practice. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering with business leaders, and attracting high-quality Audit professionals across various levels. This role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, market intelligence, and the ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Assurance & Audit service line.
• Partner with Audit leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media platforms, and networking initiatives.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Audit talent, including CPA, CA, ACCA, and other accounting professionals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and business stakeholders.
• Drive the offer management process, including salary negotiations and candidate engagement.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with Audit leadership teams to provide recruitment updates and market insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends.
• Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for business stakeholders and candidates.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably supporting Audit, Assurance, hiring.
• Experience recruiting for CPA, CA, ACCA, or accounting-related talent is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment practices.
• Experience working with ATS and recruitment technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of Audit industry hiring trends and talent landscape.
• Excellent sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment and workforce planning.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
