Support market mapping and talent mapping activities to identify key talent pools and provide data-driven insights for hiring strategies.
Develop and maintain recruitment workflows and documentation to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
Handle candidate inquiries professionally and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor the progress of open roles, ensuring alignment with forecasted headcount requirements and timelines.
Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment performance, pipeline health, and fulfillment status.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and local labor laws.
Maintain updated job descriptions and manage recruitment-related documentation.
Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and external vendors to facilitate recruitment activities.
Requirements
Diploma or bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Strong proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel or similar tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
