Job Description

Job Scope

  • Manage requisitions in full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding and lead initiatives like employer branding campaigns and process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and selection criteria
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
  • Manage requisitions and candidate tracking in Workday Recruiting
  • Create job descriptions, interview guides, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Build talent pipelines through job fairs and proactive sourcing
  • Lead employer branding initiatives, including creating social media content using Canva.
  • Drive process improvements and recruitment best practices
  • Collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders to align on hiring strategies

Basic Skills Required

  • Influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Project management and organizational ability
  • Proficient in both Thai and English

Job Specific Skills

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS

  • Ability to create visual content using Canva
  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing
