Manage requisitions in full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding and lead initiatives like employer branding campaigns and process improvements
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and selection criteria
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
Manage requisitions and candidate tracking in Workday Recruiting
Create job descriptions, interview guides, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Build talent pipelines through job fairs and proactive sourcing
Lead employer branding initiatives, including creating social media content using Canva.
Drive process improvements and recruitment best practices
Collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders to align on hiring strategies
Basic Skills Required

Proficient in both Thai and English
Job Specific Skills
Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS
