We're hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of full-cycle recruitment for multiple functions/brands in collaboration with Hiring Managers
- Assign and monitor recruitment workload within the TA team to ensure speed and quality of hires
- Coach, support, and develop junior recruiters or coordinators within the team
- Drive proactive sourcing efforts across platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal talent pools, and referrals
- Review and align job descriptions, interview guides, and evaluation frameworks
- Collaborate with Employer Branding team on job posts, recruitment campaigns, and candidate engagement
- Oversee recruitment-related documentation including headcount forms, offers, and hiring status reports
- Analyze and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction) to TA Manager
- Partner with HRBP and L&D to support onboarding, employee check-ins, and feedback loops
- Act as a role model in promoting a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- 35 years of recruitment experience with at least 1 year in a team lead, senior recruiter, or coordination role
- Familiarity with sourcing strategies, interview frameworks, and employer branding tools
- Proficient in using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics (Excel, dashboard tools)
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Positive leadership attitude, detail-oriented, solution-driven
- Fluent in Thai (English proficiency is a plus)
Remark: A recruitment agency background is preferred, with solid experience in both permanent placement and staffing service models.
