Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of proven expertise in end-to-end IT hiring. The ideal candidate will possess strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills. The role demands a proactive professional who can attract and engage top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, business needs, and project demands.
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate resumes based on technical competencies, experience, and organizational fit.
- Conduct initial telephonic and virtual interviews to assess technical, behavioral, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and manage interview schedules with technical panels and business stakeholders.
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer discussions with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and ATS records for future hiring requirements.
- Build strong talent pools for niche technologies, including ServiceNow, cloud, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving recruitment best practices.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition strategies.
Required Skills
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong understanding of IT roles, including developers, QA engineers, DevOps professionals, cloud engineers, business analysts, and ServiceNow consultants.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Highly Preferred).
- Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other talent platforms.

Qualifications

- Experience hiring for ServiceNow, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, SAP, or Salesforce roles.
- Prior experience working in IT services organizations, consulting firms, or staffing agencies.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics, reporting, and employer branding initiatives.
