Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of proven expertise in end-to-end IT hiring. The ideal candidate will possess strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills. The role demands a proactive professional who can attract and engage top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, business needs, and project demands.
  • Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes based on technical competencies, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Conduct initial telephonic and virtual interviews to assess technical, behavioral, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and manage interview schedules with technical panels and business stakeholders.
  • Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer discussions with candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and ATS records for future hiring requirements.
  • Build strong talent pools for niche technologies, including ServiceNow, cloud, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition strategies.

Required Skills

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong understanding of IT roles, including developers, QA engineers, DevOps professionals, cloud engineers, business analysts, and ServiceNow consultants.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Highly Preferred).
  • Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other talent platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within an IT services, consulting, or staffing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for ServiceNow, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, SAP, or Salesforce roles.
  • Prior experience working in IT services organizations, consulting firms, or staffing agencies.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics, reporting, and employer branding initiatives.
