Your Tasks contra boring, PRO YOU
The Talent Acquisition Specialistis responsible formanaging end-to-end recruitment activities to support the Company's growthobjectivesin Thailand. The role covers core recruitment operations, as well as strategic sourcing initiatives, including university relations and collaboration with external headhunters, in close coordination with the People & Culture Manager
The position reports directly to the People & Culture Manager in Thailand andmaintainsa dotted-line reporting relationship to the Group Talent Acquisition team in Germany, enabling alignment with global recruitment standards, tools, and best practices, while ensuring strong local ownership andprioritization.
This position is open to Thai candidates only. Fluent English isa must.
The Talent Acquisition Specialistis responsible forclassic recruiting tasks and extended sourcing activities, including but not limited to:
- End-to-end recruitment execution, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
- University relations and early-talent engagement activities
- Collaboration with external headhunters and recruitment agencies
- Close coordination with the People & Culture Manager on recruitment strategy, priorities, and partnerselection
- Process and best-practice alignment with theGlobalGroup Talent Acquisition team through a dotted-line relationship
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment &Selection
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
- Partner withHirringmanagers to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- Support onboarding coordination in collaboration with People & Culture and relevant stakeholders
Talent Sourcing, University Relations & Headhunter Collaboration
- Actively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing methods
- Develop andmaintainrelationships with universities and educational institutions to support graduate and early-career hiring pipelines
- Coordinate with external headhunters and recruitment agencies, including briefing, candidate review, and performance monitoring
- Work closely with the People & Culture Manager on sourcing strategies, agency usage, and recruitment priorities
Integration into Global Group Talent Acquisition
- Fully embedded within the localPeople & Culture team in Thailand, contributing to local hiring priorities and workforce plans
- Direct disciplinary reportingto the People & Culture Manager, Thailand
- Functional dotted-line reportingto the Global Group Talent Acquisition Shared Service (Germany)
Within the dotted-line reporting structure, the role:
- Aligns local recruitment activities withGroup-wide Talent Acquisition standards, processes, KPIs, and tools
- Participates inregular functional alignment, review, and calibration meetingswith the Global TA team
- Contributes to andparticipatesinjoint Talent Acquisition initiatives, cross-regional alignment activities, and continuous improvement projects
- Receivesprofessional guidance, functional direction, and feedbackfrom the Global Group Talent Acquisition Shared Service
- Supports consistent recruitment quality, data transparency, and best-practice application across regions
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Provide regular recruitment updates, pipeline status, and reporting to the People & Culture Manager
- Ensure a professional, transparent, andtimelycandidate experience
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
Recruitment Administration, Compliance & Reporting
- Maintainaccuraterecruitment records and data in HR systems and theGreenhouseapplicant tracking system.
- Ensure recruitment activitiescomply withThai labor law, BOI requirements, and internal policies
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring outcomes
- Support recruitment-related projects and process improvements
Your Profile contra 08/15, PRO YOU
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, BusinessAdministrationor related field
- 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR
- Experience recruiting for technical, IT, or professional roles is highly preferred
- Good understanding of Thai labor law and recruitment best practices
- Good knowledge of HR-related social security andworkmencompensation funds
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with design and presentation tools such as Canva.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and active sourcing techniques.
- Good communicationand interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and hands-on to prioritize tasks
- Flexible to work and in response to changing needs.
- Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn while handling assigned tasks, withappropriate guidanceand supervision.
- The ability to speak, read, and write English is mandatory.
