Description
The TA Specialist is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities, maintaining accurate candidate data, and fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders, hiring managers, and regional teams. This role plays a key part in delivering quality hires, ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience, and supporting broader talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Fulfillment & Talent Attraction
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for both mass hiring and individual positions, ensuring timely and effective candidate placements.
- Work closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide suitable talent solutions.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods (job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, etc.) to attract top talent.
- Conduct market research to stay current with talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
- Support employer branding (EB) activities as part of the recruitment strategy to attract and engage candidates.
- Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate applicant records in recruitment trackers and systems.
- Prepare recruitment reports and support ad-hoc data requests assigned by the TA Lead, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
- Stakeholder & Regional Collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders, hiring managers, to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process and contribute to an improved hiring experience.
- Participate in regional sourcing or talent-related projects in coordination with the broader TA team across markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- English B1 - Oral and written comprehension.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Good at behavioral interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
