Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and ensure a seamless hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to attract high-caliber talent.

2. Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to source qualified candidates.
  • Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

3. Screening and Assessment:

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide feedback to candidates.

4. Talent Pipeline Development:

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

5. Employer Branding:

  • Represent the company positively and professionally to candidates.
  • Work on employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

6. Onboarding:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Collaborate with all parties to ensure the integration of new employees into the team.

7. Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring performance and identify areas for improvement.

8. Compliance:

  • Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and other policy or culture related in hiring practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years working experience in Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Skills:

  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Thai and English).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
