Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Execution
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for operational and mid-level roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, hiring needs, and timelines.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates to ensure quality hires.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
Sourcing & Candidate Management
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Apply effective sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
• Maintain positive relationships with candidates to ensure a good candidate experience.
Employer Branding & Campus Support
• Support employer branding initiatives across online and offline platforms.
• Assist in organizing career fairs, university roadshows, and recruitment events.
• Represent the company at recruitment activities when required.
Recruitment Coordination & Process Compliance
• Ensure recruitment processes are followed in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (HR, hiring managers) for smooth hiring processes.
• Maintain proper documentation for all recruitment activities.
Recruitment Data & Reporting
• Maintain accurate recruitment tracking in Excel or recruitment systems.
• Monitor recruitment progress and update hiring status regularly.
• Support preparation of recruitment reports and metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline status).
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Stakeholder & Candidate Experience
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Address candidate and hiring manager inquiries on time.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in in-house recruitment or agency background is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
• Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing techniques.
• Good Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong coordination and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Language & Communication
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Able to communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
